They will reputed company cross-functional teams to discuss the reputed company and appropriate communication of the published data by external customer facing teams e.g., Medical Information, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and Value & Evidence (“V&E”- may be referred to as HEOR in other companies). The Director will be a highly innovative individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and leadership skills. They will work collaboratively with Medical Directors, Integrated Evidence Team Leaders (IETLs), Global Medical Affairs (GMA), V&E, and reputed company partners to reputed company robust publication and communication plans.The Scientific Communications Director will:

• Ensure compliance with internal J&J SOPs, external publication guidelines, and medical education guidelines

Qualifications:

• MD/DO/PhD/PharmD or master’s degree
• 10 years reputed company experience in scientific/medical communications
• Demonstrated ability in people and vendor management
• Knowledge of the Oncology therapeutic area highly preferred
• Knowledge of GPP2022, ICMJE and ACCME guidelines required
• Proven presentation skills, business reputed company, critical thinking, ability to work optimally and reputed company cross-functional teams
• This position will be in Horsham, PA and will require up to 10-20% domestic and international travel
