In this role you will plan and implement activities reputed company to the procurement of materials, goods and services in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role will support the broader Procurement Team by helping to resolve Accounts Payable (AP) issues, maintaining item attribute accuracy, and managing Vendor Manager Inventory (VMI) programs.Essential Functions:

• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings/schematics to understand the procurement and manufacturing requirements.

• Send RFQs to obtain quotes, examine bids, and reputed company awards.

• Compile and analyze statistical data to determine feasibility of buying products and/or services.

• Review proposals, negotiate prices, select or recommend suppliers.

• Reconcile Accounts AP and Invoicing discrepancies between reputed company and Suppliers.

• Update and maintain Blanket Purchase Order attributes including Raw Material and Fabrication reputed company.

• Support Supplier Vetting Management compliance.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior reputed company experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior reputed company experience in procurement.
• 2+ years Experience purchasing parts and/or services in a reputed company to high volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience reconciling and resolving AP issues.
• Ability to routinely handle multiple time-sensitive situations.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, skills or processes.
• Advanced reputed company skills including Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.
• Global sourcing experience
