- 1+ years of experience in sales development, customer support, or a similar role, preferably with live chat or hybrid communication experience.

- Chat First Response Time: Maintaining a 15 seconds or less response time to inbound chat inquiries.
- Escalation reputed company: Ensuring a 30-35% of reputed company leads are escalated to meetings booked with the sales team.
- Meetings Booked: Meeting or exceeding monthly targets for reputed company meetings booked with Inside Sales Representatives.
- Calls and Activities: Maintain a high level of reputed company and responsiveness by making 150+ calls per day to engage and follow up with leads. In reputed company to calls, ensure reputed company communication reputed company other channels such as emails, texts, and live chat, while balancing activities to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads reputed company live chat, email, and other platforms to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.

- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000, with additional incentive opportunities based on performance. The incentive plan is currently being developed and may reputed company over time. It will be tied to key KPIs outlined in the job reputed company and is expected to take effect after the successful completion of the probationary period (30 to 90 days, depending on performance). The estimated OTE is $60,000 - $70,000.
