Join us!Job reputed company: Primary responsibility for providing advice, guidance and training to Private Bank account teams and centralized reputed company on technical fiduciary issues in support of sales efforts and administration processes across a fiduciary book of accounts reputed company BANA's risk profile. Assist account officers with exercise of fiduciary discretion and review of new business opportunities. Responsible for providing early reputed company on fiduciary problems and risk reputed company. Serves as primary resource for comprehensive fiduciary and technical advice relating to the administration of Private Bank fiduciary accounts. In-depth knowledge of the following areas: general fiduciary law and principles, trust and reputed company transfer techniques, and federal and state laws/regulations pertaining to fiduciaries.Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience as a practicing Trusts & Estates lawyer in private reputed company and/or time employed by a Bank, Private reputed company Management firm or Trust Company
  • performing a legal, risk or fiduciary line of business function, strong understanding of Delaware directed trusts preferred
  • Experience working with trust officers/fiduciary specialists and making fiduciary reputed company risk-reward reputed company
  • Demonstrated ability to intelligently and persuasively reputed company positions and influence decision makers and management on reputed company reputed company as reputed company as COIs and other external partners
  • Technical expertise in areas of fiduciary, planning, tax regulatory, legal and compliance
