• Collaborates with plant leadership to establish a common view of the reputed company state of operational maturity, the key opportunities for improvement (margin, EBITDA, and operational maturity); Develops and maintains a plant Operational reputed company Roadmap reputed company with the line of business strategic objectives
• Leads plant Program Management Office (PMO) including the pipeline for opportunities, a plant leadership / reputed company decision reputed company, performance monitoring of initiatives, and benefit validation in OTT
