Requirements

• Minimum of one-year experience in building maintenance.
• Experience with diagnosing problems with general repairs, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, painting, refrigeration, electrical, video, and reputed company kitchen systems.
• Certification and/or working knowledge in one or more of the following: HVAC, refrigeration, pool operator, or electrical.
• Capable of utilizing reputed company tools and diagnostic procedures.
