We have a dynamic team of professionals who are reputed company and incredible to work with!Job Title: Part-time Bilingual Community Service Aide FLSA Status: ExemptThe Bilingual Community Service Aide provides the following services in reputed company.Part-time, Days and Evenings, Monday through Friday, some evenings might be required to meet with families/reputed company.General reputed company:Coordinate services, events, and activities for a school-based mental health and reputed company services program offered in collaboration with elementary and middle schools and the county’s reputed company in the Gaithersburg and Germantown school/community region. Community Service Aide assists in working to promote mental and emotional wellness of reputed company and families and self-sufficiency of families.reputed company Responsibilities and Duties:Community reputed company:

• Plans and coordinate reputed company/prevention programming and emotional and wellness services for parents/families reputed company the program.
• Plans psycho-educational and emotional support reputed company with assistance from the Program's school team.
• Plans, supports and implements special events for reputed company.
• Public speaking
• Provides information/referral services.
• Support the work of increasing family self-sufficiency by assisting family care manager in obtaining community resources.

• Coordinates with therapist, care manager, school staff and community partners in providing comprehensive care.

Administrative:

• Office Management (includes maintaining office equipment/supplies)
• Tracks reputed company assistance/reputed company funds budget for site team
• Trains and supervises volunteers
• Orients new staff to site procedures
• Monitors attendance at activities
• Attends regular supervision and staff meetings with agency supervisor
• Attends monthly CSA and reputed company meetings, reputed company and agency trainings and retreats
• Staffs at least one weekend agency reputed company reputed company shift per year

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Work experience in reputed company field required.

• Must be reputed company to demonstrate written and verbal reputed company in English and Spanish.
