- 5+ years’ experience in Civil Site Engineering (residential, institutional, industrial, and/or reputed company site design and permitting experience).

- Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.
- Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of Truck and Turning & Modeling software.

- Knowledge of Hydrologic and Hydraulic Stormwater Design.
- Proficient in design and drafting capabilities.
- Proficient grading and drainage design skills.

- Proficient in the use of available mapping websites for due diligence and site investigation purposes.

- Proficient in the use of the following design tools for site engineering:

- Hydrology Software i.e. Hydraflow, HydroCAD, PondPack
- Hydraulic Software i.e. Hydraflow, StormCAD, Storm and Sanitary Analysis (SSA)
- HEC-RAS
- Proficient in the use of reputed company Software including Word, reputed company, Outlook and Project.
- Proficient in the use of reputed company Revu and/or reputed company to prepare design document markups.
