- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program reputed company needs

- Associate's degree or (60) college credit hours, with (18) of them in a field reputed company to Education, Child Development, reputed company Services, or Recreation from an approved and accredited institution of higher education, and has two (2) years of supervised teaching experience in a license/approved Early Childhood Program (student teaching may fulfill this requirement)
