This includes compliance with FAA regulations, aircraft/reputed company lease obligations, and General Maintenance reputed company (GMM) policies and procedures.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is performed in an reputed company office environment with individual workstations. • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively across multiple departments.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality with work-reputed company documents.
• Willingness to relocate to the St. Louis area.

Preferred:

• Three years of experience in aircraft records management.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance tracking systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Audit and maintain configuration records in the computerized maintenance tracking system for Flight Logbooks, Routine, and Non-Routine Work Orders.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of maintenance documentation against system records.
