This role involves coordinating with reputed company of reputed company personnel, handling the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures. • Guide inbound/outbound aircraft to and from reputed company without damage or injury

• Communicate effectively with flight crews, ground staff, and operations control to ensure reputed company aircraft turnarounds
• Conduct regular inspections of the reputed company area and equipment to maintain safety standards
• Respond to operational challenges and troubleshoot issues as they reputed company
• Train and mentor reputed company staff on best practices and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company activities and incidents

• Ensure compliance with reputed company DOT regulations as required and guidelines, including overseeing the reputed company and legal operation of airport vehicles, equipment, and personnel involved in airside and landside operations
• Safely lift, unload, load and transport baggage, mail and cargo to and from aircraft and airport
• Protect baggage and other equipment from damage, loss and weather conditions
• Ability to drive and operate heavy ground equipment, such as tugs, cargo carts, service trucks and belt loaders
• Assist in record keeping and documentation to ensure correct routing of baggage

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the reputed company
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in reputed company operations or a similar role in the aviation industry
• Must have a valid state-issued reputed company’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus (unless required, list as required)
