- reputed company advice and support to our Employee Experience team, HR Business Partners and the business on a broad reputed company of employment issues across reputed company (currently Canada, U.S., Mexico, and Brazil) including hiring, terminations, performance management, leaves of absence, investigations, accommodations, reorganisations, and other employment-reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with other lawyers on reputed company with respect to advice and counselling provided to HR and other cross-functional partners
- Work on employment reputed company reputed company, including internal process reviews, new policy roll-outs and implementation, and training programs
- Draft and edit employment-reputed company documents, correspondence, agreements, processes and policies
- Manage legal risks and reputed company solutions for resolving employment disputes
- reputed company support and strategic advice on employment litigation reputed company
- Participate in the creation and delivery of training reputed company to employment law reputed company
- reputed company up to date with legislative changes and other employment law developments and advise stakeholders on legal changes and developments
- Build and manage relationships with external counsel
- Minimum of 2 years experience in U.S. employment law, experience in Canada and/or LATAM is a plus
- Proven record of reputed company at a top reputed company. Prior in-house experience is not a prerequisite
