We are seeking a Construction Manager to be responsible for managing construction and rehabilitation of Multimodal Transit and Rail Facilities infrastructure reputed company in and around Philadelphia and reputed company reputed company.JMT is involved with an increasing number of large capital construction programs in the reputed company reputed company region. This opportunity is to support a major capital program with locations throughout Philadelphia and reputed company reputed company. - Maintain excellent relationships with clients, building users, designers, and contractors
- Communicate and manage any and reputed company issues and potential risks as they pertain to reputed company

- Review contractor work in reputed company to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct weekly site reviews / meetings, create minutes, assign reputed company items, and follow up

- Review and measure work in reputed company and approve contractor monthly requisitions

- Audit and negotiate project reputed company change orders and obtain approvals

- Assist and Coordinate with 3rd party engineering and special inspections requirements

- Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Registered reputed company Engineer (PE)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Project Management reputed company (PMP)
- NICET Level IV
- Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-hour construction safety training
- Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
