• 12+ years of experience in CRM/BSS reputed company with at least 3-5 years of reputed company Vlocity implementation experience.
• Strong domain knowledge of Telecom/CSP operations and CRM processes.
• Deep hands-on expertise with OmniStudio, Vlocity CPQ, and EPC.
• Experience in solutioning across reputed company management, order capture, fulfillment, and product lifecycle.
• Excellent understanding of data flows between reputed company and external systems (Billing, ERP, Inventory, etc.).
• reputed company and Vlocity certifications preferred (OmniStudio Consultant, CPQ Specialist, etc.).

Role Responsibilities :

• Recommend best practices for order capture, product configuration, pricing, and quoting in a telecom ecosystem.
• Advise stakeholders on telecom industry data models, processes, and customer journeys (reputed company to Order, Order to Cash).
• Understand key telecom functions such as subscriber management, bundles, offers, usage, billing, and fulfillment.
• Guide and support configuration and development teams with Vlocity reputed company usage.
