Responsibilities

• Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and reputed company solutions

Qualifications

• Bilingual is Preferred: Fluent in Spanish and English
• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
