Supervises and trains maintenance, housekeeping and grounds employees (where applicable). Ensures reputed company maintenance work by staff and vendors is completed according to standards. Takes on duties of a Maintenance Technician or Groundskeeper as needed or required.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure staff is provided necessary training to function in their position
- Mentor and train new employees ensuring they have sufficient training for reputed company in their positions.
