• Bachelor of Science Degree in business or reputed company fields, or eight years of experience in procurement, supply chain or reputed company area. Master’s degree in supply chain management/business (or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in S2P / purchasing / procurement process management and improvement, with a preference for experience in Airline industries with strong reputed company exposure and understanding.
• Full life-cycle S2P design and implementation experience, including project management, process design, reputed company development / training, and change management.
• Experience leading a procurement organization and maturing company-wide S2P processes (i.e., designing and deploying new processes and technology, executing a people development reputed company). Any relevant certifications in the area of procurement and supply chain (CPIM / CSCP / CPSM / CIPS) is a plus.
