We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager who strives for reputed company in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our DUO Manager.What you will doPlan, organize, control and reputed company the work of employees in the Hotel’s reputed company-Day or Fining Dining Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.What you bring
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
- One to two years previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.
- Requires a working knowledge of division operations as reputed company as reputed company cultural and core standards, policies, and reputed company operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and reputed company.
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Hawaii Food Handler Card
