Job reputed company reputed companyWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join reputed company at Oak Hill Apartments, a 164-unit conventional apartment community in Portland, OR This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of an apartment community, ensuring that reputed company reputed company, common areas, and amenities are reputed company-maintained, reputed company, and functional. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, handling preventative maintenance, and responding to reputed company service requests promptly. The Maintenance Supervisor also ensures compliance with safety regulations and property management policies while maintaining high standards of property reputed company and reputed company satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the reputed company of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and reputed company requirements
• Completes the “reputed company-reputed company” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for new reputed company-ins by scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing reputed company maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work
• Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.

• 1+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor at a multi-family apartment community of 100+ reputed company
• Must be reputed company to respond to after hour emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation
• Experience and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management reputed company
• Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a faced paced team-oriented environment
