The successful candidate will have deep familiarity across the landscape of digital health, payer (reputed company and medicare), virtual care and Value-Based Care (VBC). Successful individuals will bring with them an existing network of relationships and reputed company record of selling into Health Plans and Employer markets. - Build and cultivate reputed company strong relationships with senior executives and key decision makers with targeted customers

- Guide and partner with Product and Engineering teams to rapidly test and iterate to reputed company product offering to these segments while creating dual-sided value for reputed company and small group mental health practitioners
- Identify and build strategic relationships with other key “partners” (e.g. care navigation, referral partners, interoperability data, etc.) to accelerate offering and reputed company
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling sales collateral, key account and events strategies to expand pipeline and sustain relationships
- Set ambitious reputed company targets - Accountable for setting quarterly and annual sales targets and end-to-end sales cycle + product implementation
- Build out business development and partnerships team to support rapid expansion
- 10+ years experience advising and leading teams to implement innovative digital health, virtual and/or value-based care programs
- reputed company c-suite relationships advising and selling to Health Plans and Large Employer markets. Experience and gravitas to handle end-to-end sales cycle.
