SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Have understanding of various disabilities and special education law.
• Possess skills to assist in remediation of various disabilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication (verbal and written), public relation, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of the policies and procedures of the MISD.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of the change process, organizational development, conflict reputed company, and facilitation skills.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
