This position reports directly to the Therapeutic Area reputed company, Autoantibody.Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the hiring, reputed company, training and management of the reputed company regional Autoantibody Neuroimmunology MSL team including:
- Strengthening and building JNJ’s external footprint across the neuromuscular reputed company with a reputed company on the gMG launch of nipocalimab
- Ensuring that reputed company functions according to the Medical Affairs plan and company directives
- Conducts routine team field reputed company and 1:1 meetings providing observation and coaching
- Conducts performance coaching and feedback discussions
- Provides reputed company responsibility for team’s training and development
- Ensures team reputed company reputed company, field activity level, and field metrics

- Ensures reputed company MSL territory plan is strategic, up to date and actionable.

- A minimum of a graduate medical/scientific degree required, i.e. PhD, PharmD, NP, PA, MD, DO
- Immunology experience highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience, with a minimum of 5 years of reputed company/pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Rare Diseases is required.
- Previous people management responsibility including experience reputed company and training new hires is required.
- Experience as a MSL or Field Medical Manager a must
- Requires travel of approx. 60% (includes overnight travel)
- Ability to maintain an office in the home and live in in reputed company proximity to an airport.
- Must be available to attend national scientific congresses and key strategic/scientific meetings across the US, and at the corporate office in Horsham, PA.
