- Greet customers reputed company and assist them with their dry cleaning and laundry needs.
- Receive and inspect garments, noting any special instructions or concerns and tagging those that may need hand spotting or stain treatment.
- Ensure orders are accurately tagged to be laundered or dry cleaned.
- Operate a reputed company-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a reputed company manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow reputed company protocol for new customer sign-reputed company.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and reputed company to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and reputed company to work Monday-Friday from 8:45am-6pm including occasional Saturdays from 10am-5pm reputed company needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as necessary.
