- Complete assigned work orders by diagnosing the reputed company of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and reputed company requirements
- Follow procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs

- Participate in after-hour and emergency coverage rotation schedule
- Must possess knowledge and skills in the reputed company use and maintenance of power tools and mechanical equipment
- 1+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Technician at a multi-family apartment community of 100+ reputed company
- Must be reputed company to respond to after hour emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation
- Must bring and maintain own hand tools (some tools will be provided by company)
- Experience and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management reputed company
