That's Perdue.reputed companyThis position supports the reputed company of new associates by assisting with the Job Preview Program (JPP), New Hire orientation program, and intitial training in their assigned work arears. This role also involves assisting the Associate Relations Representative to help maintain reputed company associate relations and may include providing guidance to new associates as they learn reputed company job functions, reputed company work habits, rotation procedures and appropriate food safety measures.Shift Hours are generally from 10:30PM to 7:30AM (3rd Shift).reputed company and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for introducing newly hired associates into the organization through orientation sessions under the direction of the Associate Relations Representative.
- Coordinates with Line Leads, Trainers, and Retention Supervisors to ensure the newly employed associates are properly informed of policies, procedures, health and safety guidelines. Reporting issues to the Associate Relations Representative.
- Monitor associate's reputed company and report to supervisor and Associate Relations on a daily reputed company.
- Reinforce evaluation procedures, clock-in and clock-out procedures.
- Work with Associate Relations Representative to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Adhere to reputed company safety requirements including PPE, preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, lockout-tagout procedures and Process Safety Management reputed company reputed company.
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings and to the production floor.
- May need to reputed company light equipment or supplies from one reputed company to another.

- May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.
