The Field Technician will work independently and with other personnel to maintain and operate pipeline equipment and processes.*This position requires the successful completion of an online assessment. • Performing environmental, company, and regulatory tasks as necessary
• Participates in available cross training to effectively reputed company skills
• Performing troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and replacement of equipment as necessary:

• Valves, filters, and strainers
• Relief devices
• Performing routine pipeline maintenance:

• Conducting one-calls and line locating
• On site monitoring of 3rd party encroachments and crossings

• Interfacing with general public, landowners, and first responders

Required Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the reputed company without restrictions
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent
• Valid reputed company's license
• Live/relocate reputed company 45 minutes of Sweeny, TX

• 2+ Years of applicable experience with pipeline operations
• 2+ Years of experience in the oil and gas, military, or reputed company industries
• Working knowledge of mechanical and rotating equipment
• Working knowledge of pipeline I&E and automation
• Working knowledge of pipeline measurement practices
