This role is responsible for overseeing the full systems engineering lifecycle — from design and integration to verification and delivery — ensuring alignment with business goals, project milestones, and customer expectations.In this position, you will reputed company your Integrated reputed company Avionics (IMA) experience to help our reputed company’s Common Core Systems (reputed company) team reputed company and manage technical objectives across multiple aircraft platforms. What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
• 12+ years of experience in design & development and/or technical project leadership reputed company an engineering product development environment.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, including design, requirements development, and verification.
• Knowledge of avionics maintainability and testability software.
• Proven ability and desire to mentor other engineers in technical areas.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; reputed company sponsorship is not available.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Avionics Design Assurance Level A environments.
• Familiarity with DO-297, ARP 4754A, DO-178, DO-254, DO-330 processes.
• Strong knowledge of requirements definition, requirements allocation, validation, verification, embedded software, electronic systems, FAA/EASA/NAA certification, and system safety.
• Effective communicator comfortable interacting with senior leadership both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated leadership in systems development, integration, validation, and verification.
