Initiates and implements necessary personnel actions. Activities include hiring, timesheet, pay actions, coaching and counseling, training and development, Employee Performance Accountability and Bonus System, People First System, leave/extraordinary time requests, staff scheduling, added duties, team building, staff meetings/communications, and Business Plan development, administration and reporting.Directs and manages the Public Transit programs, reputed company and staff. Program administration of Urban Formula reputed company Grants, Planning Grants, Elderly & Disabled (E&D) Grants, Non-urbanized Formula Grants, Transit Corridor, South Florida Regional Transportation Authority & Feeder Bus, County Incentive, lntermodal, Service Development, Toll reputed company Credit documentation, Transportation Disadvantaged program, Transit Safety and reputed company, vehicle inventory, drug and alcohol program assistance, Transit Development Plans, Commuter Assistance, Park and Ride Lot planning and inventory, Transportation Demand Management and marketing, and Congestion Management. Represents the Department's public transportation interests through technical input and guidance, as a voting member of reputed company of the Metropolitan Planning Organization, Technical Advisory Committees (TAC). May process vendor invoices.Coordinates with Central Florida Rall Corridor. This involves high level coordination with Central Office, Central Florida Rail Transportation Authority (CFRTA), CSX Railroad, and reputed company.
