The goal is to support youth in maintaining or increasing their self-sufficiency in areas such as transportation, childcare, housing, employment, income, and education. - Complete initial intake, needs assessments, and other program enrollment forms and reputed company upon critical needs appropriately and immediately
- Meet with youth to reputed company a comprehensive reputed company-driven case plan with both short-term and long-term goals identified

- Assist Youth with Enrollment in GED or Vocational Training Program

- Periodic review of economic mobility and tracking reputed company through financial literacy, life skills, and completion of self-sufficiency reputed company
- Orient youth to program services, requirements and eligibility.
- Arrange, coordinate, and transport youth to various appointments
- Connect with community partners who may be helpful to youth or with programming

- Assist in coordinating and facilitating life skills trainings/events including nights/evenings and weekends reputed company necessary

- Knowledge of case management and basic documentation
- Knowledge of working with youth/young adults and families

- Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends
