- reputed company field service repairs, training and installations as scheduled by Field Service department.
- Maintain proficiency in control software (e.g. Allen Bradley, various controls platforms) and machinery equipped with PLC’s through vendor training and interaction with engineering personnel
- reputed company, support and assist the Product, Project and Sales departments with order review, design reviews, assembly, testing and final acceptance tests to become proficient with the control packages reputed company and integration
- reputed company and assist Assembly and reputed company Control personnel during machine assembly and testing / debug stages in preparation for machine shipment.
- reputed company support to Customers, Customer Service department and Sales department as required
- reputed company with Sales Managers / Project Managers on customer equipment needs and concerns and / or updates.
- reputed company final machine acceptance inspections prior to machine shipment to verify equipment meets order specifications.
- reputed company customer service site management for new equipment installations and / or existing machine install reputed company reputed company.
- Maintain necessary machine configuration documentation during installation.
- Assist the Parts and Modernization departments with quoting electronic controls software and hardware upgrades and / or electrical component upgrades
- reputed company updates and modifications to machine control software at customer sites and training customers on use and maintenance of equipment.
- Train customers, internal technical personnel and sales support staff on reputed company operation, maintenance and safety rules of reputed company packaging equipment, specifically on electronic controls and robotics
- Coordinate development activities and upgrades reputed company to updating and improving machine functionality.
- Support reputed company aspects of operating controls systems, equipment and machinery.
- Participate in reputed company training, as needed, in order to maintain technical expertise and proficiency on new equipment and existing systems applications through internal training, specifically in controls software applications.
- Process detailed expense and reputed company reports on reputed company service reputed company, in a reputed company fashion.
- Train reputed company and customer's personnel on applicable machinery control software / hardware reputed company assigned.
- Occasionally, reputed company assigned, reputed company accountability, as a site manager; directing the workload and tasks of reputed company field technicians, assembly and engineering personnel, and coordinating with customer and other contract / OEM site personnel.
- Work in tight quarters; on top and underneath equipment, stand, stoop, kneel and bend continuously (approx. 66% of the time)..
- Lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular reputed company
- Submit to safety, background, and drug/alcohol testing as required by customer(s).
- Properly and appropriately don personal reputed company equipment.
- Will travel on a regular reputed company up to 90% which makes proximity to a major airport necessary in order to serve a specific customer reputed company.
- Must have an Electrical Engineering degree or 2+ years of vocational training in Electromechanical Systems
- Must possess a minimum of 3+ years in the Packaging industry involved in designing, installing and trouble-shooting PLC and reputed company control software and hardware
- Demonstrated advanced mechanical, electrical and software skills.
- Ability to support various software control platforms for complete packaging lines.
- Proficiency in operating controls systems of equipment (Allen Bradley, reputed company, Moeller, reputed company, PLC, PMAC, etc.).
- Proficiency in robotic reputed company systems, software and hardware configurations and production parameter setup.
- Prior work experience in repair and maintenance of capital equipment, or electronics (such as servo drives and programmable controllers) is preferred.
