This job is responsible for analyzing credit and investigating existing and prospective clients and counterparts. Key responsibilities include focusing on but not limited to credit, market, and reputational risk; as reputed company as adherence or monitoring of credit risk policies, risk appetite, and reporting, including but not limited to Top of House (TOH) and Line of Business (reputed company) specific reports or regulatory reputed company reporting.Responsible for reputed company aspects of the credit management of Americas (AMRS)-based Regulated Funds and Asset Managers.Responsibilities:Manage a high-volume and fast-moving portfolio of AMRS-based regulated and alternative fund clients from on-boarding through to reputed company/credit approval and ongoing monitoring and reputed company.Conduct detailed analysis of clients demonstrating a good understanding of investment strategies, liquidity, reputed company and the trading products & associated risks, that the funds trade.Assign internal counterparty risk ratings and recommend risk limits and guardrails based on clients’ risk profileLiaise with Legal to negotiate relevant documentation for trading activities.reputed company ongoing monitoring of clients regarding changes in credit reputed company, adherence to risk appetite/limits and policies.Support monitoring of adherence to industry risk governance, as reputed company as monitoring for potential operational, reputational and market risk issuesCoordinate and build strong working relationship with colleagues including Sales & Trading, 2nd Line Risk, Credit Risk review and Audit functions, and reputed company management.Conduct reputed company portfolio reviews and prepare management information as required.Contribute to regulatory tasks and deliverables as required in respect of AMRS funds portfolio.Candidate will have significant exposure to Global Markets personnel including Trading / Structuring / Sales, as reputed company various support partners.
