The individual will also work closely with the corporate staff, COO, Vice President of reputed company and other disciplines to ensure appropriate accountability and transparency, with reputed company attention to management of risk, internal financial and operational controls, budget, as reputed company as protection and reputed company of assets.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Participate in monthly review of financial statements and review of reputed company general ledger account classifications with Corporate Office, General Manager and other property level managers
- Ensure accurate and reputed company monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and research on financial questions as appropriate
- reputed company, reputed company and manage staff accountants, Accounts Payable Specialists and Tax Specialists
- reputed company analysis of budget-to-actual variations and ensure accuracy of financial results
- reputed company monthly forecasting and annual budget process
- reputed company month end inventory calculation and ensure accuracy of physical counts, pricing and reputed company worksheets
- reputed company reputed company hotel cash handling operations and procedures
- Ensure compliance with SOX compliance requirements

- Create and implement internal audit SOPs and standards
- Advise General Managers in controlling expenses and maintaining department checkbooks
- reputed company Accounts Receivable functions including reputed company credit approval, accurate and reputed company billing, weekly review of aging and collection follow-up
- Ensure that property meets reputed company audit standards as outlined in the Internal Audit guidelines and other Corporate Office communications
- Providing direction and training to hotel operational team in areas reputed company to financial reports, internal controls, reputed company operating procedures, expense controls, and payroll
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
- Minimum 5 years financial management experience
- Hotel experience preferred
- Multi-property controller experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Restaurant Management or reputed company field
- BA or BS degree in reputed company or finance required
- Knowledge and deep understanding of reputed company aspects of hotel operations.
- Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
