- Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7am – 3:30pm
- Required Travel: No
- Enters case specific information in reputed company Optime and/or Radiant and ensures accuracy and confirms booking information with the physician and/or physician support staff.
- Reviews reputed company procedure lab availability, identifies scheduling reputed company/opportunities with the physician, physician support staff and the patient to fully optimize lab time and to prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Enters and identifies the appropriate Cardiac Cath, EP or Structural Heart, IR procedure. Accurately & appropriately determines case length/duration using reputed company Optime applications and its functionality.
- Modifies and rearranges previously scheduled cases to maximize lab time, equipment and staff resources at the request/direction of the physician, physician staff, Clinical Coordinator and Interventional Services manager.
- Verifies physician core and specialty privileges prior to adding procedure requests.
- Manages, triages and troubleshoots reputed company of inbound calls reputed company to scheduling protocols (can be up to or more than 50 calls p/day).
- Works from reputed company work queue to call patients to schedule procedures.
- Communicates to RN Patient Navigators once patients are scheduled so reputed company-op instructions can be provided
- Communicates and coordinates with the insurance verification team to ensure reputed company coverage and reimbursement prior to scheduling the patient, as warranted per specific service line
- Resolves and completes end-of-day processes, ensures procedural encounter charges have been cleared in the "Unposted logs" reputed company reputed company Optime and transmits to hospital billing.
- Facilitates the prevention of billing errors by reviewing legal documentation of reputed company Optime log entries, physician procedural notes and anesthesia technical charges to reconcile billable Services.
- Participates in monthly meetings with physicians and management to address reputed company issues or scheduling concerns

- Education: High School Diploma. Two years college preferred.
- Certification: n/a
- Experience: Minimum 1 year customer service experience required. 2-3 years reputed company work experience; reputed company setting preferred.
