The Systems Engineering Manager is responsible for the development of the Systems Engineering department through mentoring and training, improving department processes, delegating/scheduling of work and other activities, and by providing regular feedback to staff on performance. • Review customer facing documentation on behalf of the engineering team; including, but not limited to, technical data sheets, installations instructions, specifications, marketing documentation, and engineering drawings.
