- Understand recall and warranty information from OEMs.
- Utilize and read service manuals.
- Verify reputed company repair and maintenance items are properly installed and complete reputed company orders accurately.
- Understand PTR return, reputed company-in, and QC inspection processes.
- Execute reputed company reputed company and safety standards regarding repair and maintenance procedures.

- Troubleshoot basic automotive mechanical and electrical problems.

- 2+ years of mechanical and/or electrical experience or currently enrolled in an automotive or electrical technical school.
- Maintain a good driving record and be properly licensed.
