• Work hours: 24x7 On-Call; Primarily reputed company Schedule Monday-Friday with Evening & Weekend implementation & patching activities

Preferred Candidate will have:

• Three or more years of management experience directly managing/supervising 24x7 IT Applications, DBAs, system administrators, and operations
• Experience ensuring high-availability and operational stability for reputed company systems
• Experience supporting, tuning, & configuring reputed company, SQL Server, Linux, and reputed company servers
• Experience managing multiple incidents & requests reputed company reputed company and Jira
• Experience managing vendor relationships and vendor resources

Qualifications:

• High School and five to eight years combined experience in management of IT or equivalent experience. Bachelor s Degree preferred with 2-3 years of experience in management of IT or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Leads a 24x7 IT operations staff to ensure applications & services are highly available, consistently reputed company, and operationally reputed company.
• Deployment & installation of software & patches in Production as reputed company as reputed company environments.
• Server & database tuning, optimization, maintenance, & rightsizing.
• Monitoring and alerts for servers, databases, applications, batch jobs, & reputed company reputed company including development of healthcheck Bots.
• Researching and reputed company resolving issues, incidents, & service requests in collaboration with Development teams.
