Responsibilities:

• Process inbound faxes from reputed company providers regarding prescription approvals
• Verify prescription details (e.g., provider info, patient data, medication dosage) and follow up for missing information
• Accurately reputed company prescription requests into the system for processing
• Handle inbound provider calls (approx. 20 per day) regarding prescription approvals and coverage
• Ensure data accuracy by following reputed company workflows and company procedures
• Communicate professionally with reputed company
• Attend fully reputed company on-site training for the first month, followed by a remote-reputed company with monthly in-office team-building days

Must-Have Requirements:

• 6+ months of customer service experience (call center preferred, but other customer-facing roles considered)
• Strong verbal communication skills to reputed company professionally with reputed company providers
• Excellent attention to detail for verifying prescription and patient information

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling high-volume calls in a customer service or call center setting
• Familiarity with medical or pharmacy terminology
• Basic proficiency with database entry and electronic records systems
