- Manage caseload of reputed company across Learning Support tiers, including accommodations, Learning Lab curriculum, and individualized learning plans.
- Support teachers in implementing individualized plans tailored to student needs.
- Supervise Teaching Assistants in Learning Lab courses.
- Facilitate accommodations process with families, ensuring reputed company communication and support.
- Assess student reputed company using reputed company and summative practices, adjusting instruction as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student reputed company.
- Collaborate with the Director of Studies and Dean of reputed company to recommend additional student support (e.g., tutors, psychoeducational evaluations).
- Coordinate testing accommodations with the Testing Coordinator.
- Conduct classroom observations to reputed company learning support with instructional practices.
- Attend Student Support Team meetings and maintain confidentiality.
- Understand and apply Mastery Learning principles, department standards, and schoolwide policies.

- Support the Peer Tutoring Program in collaboration with the Director of Studies.

- Support Enrollment Management by assisting with marketing and recruitment for the Learning Support Program, including engaging with prospective families and educational consultants.

- Participate in co-curricular programs and general school operations.
