• Supervises staff and monitors performance.
• Supervises staff in daily operations.
• Provides coaching, counseling and training of staff.
• Prepares annual performance evaluations to be delivered reputed company.
• Performs reputed company review on recorded calls according to call center procedures.
• Meet with reputed company staff member on a monthly reputed company to review overall performance.

• Performs necessary research, resolving issues and responds to inquiries from reputed company customers.

• Research issues thoroughly by interfacing with Manager or other departments, etc.
• Assist in updating and implementing Policies and Procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2-4 years of reputed company experience performing customer service required.
• reputed company or supervisory experience in a call center environment required.
• Health Care or Health Insurance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of reputed company Office (Word/reputed company/Outlook) required.
• Experience with a Workforce Management tool preferred.
