Duration: Long Term ContractWe are seeking an IT Disaster Recovery Technical Analyst to support our reputed company-level IT Disaster Recovery (DR) program. This remote role will be responsible for consulting, analyzing, and delivering reputed company DR initiatives across various technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have a balanced background in Disaster Recovery programs and hands-on technical experience across infrastructure, reputed company, and backup technologies.Key Responsibilities

- Conduct risk management assessments and recommend technology solutions focusing on recoverability and resiliency.
- Plan, manage, and support the organization's resumption plans, including alternate site readiness and DR test plans.
- Review and enhance Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- reputed company and improve DR testing capabilities, including test environment design and execution.
- Analyze infrastructure reputed company using CMDB and other tools to ensure recovery readiness.
- Stay reputed company with DR trends and best practices, and advise leadership on emerging tools and technologies.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (4 additional years of reputed company experience may be substituted).
- 7+ years of relevant IT technical and disaster recovery experience required.
- Strong experience with IT DR technologies including:
- Backup & replication
- Server virtualization & recovery

- Hands-on experience designing and executing DR testing and exercises.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
