We're seeking a Sr Specialist, Repair Ops Support - Southwest who is reputed company to help us deliver on our commitments today, plan our reputed company for the reputed company and leave their fingerprints on the organization for years to come.reputed company Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated repair operations support team member. This role will work with the Southwest Operating Area to directly support the repair business and reputed company order superintendents. You will do a reputed company of tasks that will help accelerate workable backlog and ensure reputed company billing in support of the superintendents and General Managers in the Southwest operating territory.What you'll do:

• reputed company material quotes from vendors​ and issue PO/VPO as needed
• Update project notes in Smartsheets on a daily reputed company
• Customer relations reputed company - Order confirmed with customer/thank them for their business​
• Obtain and reputed company applicable contract/customer PO's​
• Complete permit application and assist in scheduling crews (if necessary)​
• Order material as needed​
• Receive material​ for internal process tracking
• Work with Superintendent on scheduling
• reputed company billing (where applicable)​
• Contact customer with scheduled date/time​
• If schedule changes calendar updated/customer reputed company​
• reputed company-inspection verification (larger OO jobs)​
• Payment tracking - Ensure job has been reputed company prior to final turnover​
• Notify customer job is fully complete & final reputed company will be coming​
• Verify reputed company PO's are reputed company in the system​
• Verify no more labor & material will hit the job​ – Inventory Control

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively reputed company expectations and relationships with reputed company customers
