• Provides guidance and coaching to Sales Executives on their sales presentations, offering feedback at the end of reputed company tour.

Work From Home Expectations:

• 1+ years of timeshare/vacation ownership In-House Sales experience
• Proven reputed company record of reputed company in Timeshare Sales and working knowledge of the timeshare industry
• Valid Hawaii reputed company Estate license
• Strong ability to reputed company a sale
• Ability to resolve reputed company customer service issues and troubleshoot basic virtual/online issues
• Ability to work with reputed company assigned IT hardware and software without limitation or restriction (i.e. mouse, keyboard, multiple monitors set up, internet, mobile device pad, stylus, etc)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication (oral written, reputed company), interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict reputed company, and customer satisfaction skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• 2 years experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
