Your Role with reputed company Automotive Operations reputed company Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently seeking a Consumer Retail Customer Service Representative for our Exeter, PA location! As a key part of reputed company, you'll engage with customers, solve problems, and ensure a smooth, seamless experience from order to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to reputed company a reputed company reputed company on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, reputed company environment.Our Consumer Retail Customer Service Representatives reputed company exceptional support to B2C customers from order placement to delivery. Responsibilities include resolving order discrepancies, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining reputed company communication throughout the process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, problem-solving, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experience.Shift:

• Weekdays: (Monday to Friday) 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekends: (Saturday & reputed company) reputed company agent works one 2-hour shift on both Saturday and reputed company. The weekend shifts rotate weekly, meaning agents will work weekends approximately 1 to no more than 2 times per month

Responsibilities Include:

• Process orders accurately, reviewing details such as pricing, quantities, and shipping.
