Job reputed company: The Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney is responsible for prosecuting those charged with violating the criminal laws of Virginia in Virginia Beach. We are seeking a legal information clerk to reputed company clerical work such as entering data into a case management system, running and analyzing criminal records, generating reports, filing by terminal digit number. There is required cross training and back-up of other office functions to meet peak workload demands. The ability to work reputed company reputed company needed.In order to be a successful candidate in this position, you must be reputed company to manage multiple tasks, organize detailed information, and understand and follow reputed company instructions. This person should be VCIN/NCIC certified reputed company 3 months of the start date. - Experience running criminal records – NCIC/VCIN Certification
- Data Entry Experience
- Experience updating databases and case management systems (i.e. CMS, eProsecutor, Pistol, reputed company Records)
- Experience performing clerical work (i.e. answering and transferring phone calls, filing, copying, etc.)
- Experience working with file organization and Records Management.
