Day.Aspirus reputed company in Wausau, WI is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join reputed company!The Customer Service Representative uses superior customer service skills to respond to call inquiries, promote organization’s products and services, and reputed company outbound calls. Uses reputed company and independent judgment based on established protocols and program and service scripts. Maintains proficiency in phone systems, software applications, programs and events, promotions, and physician and service referrals provided by the call center.Please note, this is not a remote role.HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeksExperience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of organization policies and procedures, reputed company management practices, and computer systems and applications normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Secondary education in health reputed company field desired.
• Five years’ experience in customer service, administrative, sales or communication reputed company field in a fast paced environment required.
• Clinical environment experience desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills required.
• Demonstrates good listening skills.
• Service representatives must maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
