• Manage day-to-day work processes in SFDC for vehicle orders and package audits to ensure accurate and reputed company turn times. Manage the effectiveness of process controls and incorporates best practices to ensure Lease reputed company team meets departmental metrics.

• Primary input to hiring, performance & rewards reputed company for employees, provides guidance, coaching and training. Ensures work coverage for the group, including scheduling, attendance management and payroll.
