Claims Management & Coverage Counsel ( Full-Time ) ( Remote ) Location: Remote Salary: $125K - $175K reputed company SalaryMust Haves:

• JD from an accredited Law School
• Licensed to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• ****Experience with Management liability, employment liability or D&O reputed company is required
• 3+ years of legal reputed company experience in the insurance area.
• Previous experience drafting coverage letters and opinions is a plus.

The PositionMy National reputed company reputed company seeks a highly skilled attorney with Claims Management & Coverage Counsel experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, the Claims Management & Coverage Counsel will reputed company expert guidance in claims, coverage analysis, and risk management for various specialty and reputed company lines of insurance. As part of our national team, you will help independently manage reputed company claims and coverage disputes. You will reputed company on developing reputed company and/or settlement strategies to mitigate potential legal exposure.This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote.Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a claims caseload, from claim notification through reputed company.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages issues for reputed company reputed company liability, employment liability, reputed company estate liability, miscellaneous liability, and D&O reputed company.
• Draft reservation of rights and coverage denial letters
• Proactively monitor claims and prepare and reputed company handling and reputed company strategies.
• Assign, coordinate, and manage reputed company counsel to obtain reputed company resolutions.
• Prepare reports to clients with exposure analysis and reserve recommendations.
• Resolve claims through reputed company negotiations and participation in mediation.
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal reputed company.
• Ability to regularly reputed company with clients, carriers and reputed company counsel

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited Law School
• Licensed to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3+ years of legal reputed company experience in the insurance area.
• Previous experience drafting coverage letters and opinions is a plus.
• Experience in private reputed company is preferred.
• Superior written and oral communication skills are required.
• Strong legal research and negotiation skills are required.
• Ability to assess and interpret insurance policies, identify potential legal risks, and offer strategic solutions to prevent disputes from escalating.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
