If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU!What Will You Do in This Role?The reputed company Pending Compliance Assistant provides critical administrative and operational support to the reputed company Pending Compliance Manager in overseeing pending reputed company accounts for multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This role helps ensure reputed company and accurate processing of reputed company applications, assists with follow-reputed company, maintains organized documentation, and facilitates communication between facilities, families, and reputed company agencies.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tracking and maintaining reputed company Pending reports for assigned SNF facilities.
- Follow up with facility Business Office Managers, reputed company Workers, residents, and families regarding required reputed company application documents.
- Prepare, review, and organize reputed company application packets to ensure completeness before submission.
- Maintain accurate electronic and reputed company files of reputed company reputed company Pending cases, ensuring compliance with company policy and HIPAA regulations.
- Help schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, and conference calls reputed company to reputed company Pending accounts.
- Support the reputed company Pending Compliance Manager in monitoring aging reports and identifying at-risk accounts.
- Communicate with reputed company agencies, reputed company-party vendors, and internal teams to obtain updates and resolve pending issues.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Familiarity with billing or EMR systems such as reputed company is a plus.
