Formats surgical pathology report from the requisition reputed company, the pathologist assistant's gross reputed company and from the pathologist's dictation of a diagnosis. Evaluates reputed company pathology case for correct and complete documentation/history, including requests from pathologists for additional information as needed. Handles documentation, resulting, and distribution of consultation reports and specialized testing. Must be reputed company to apply knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology to the transcription of proofreading of medical dictation from originators. Ability to maintain confidential information.
