• Apply specialized, clinical knowledge of hospital partners: categorize, reputed company, summarize, interpret, and calculate registry/case information from nuanced patient medical records.
• Ensure reputed company submission of reputed company data in specified registries or measure data repositories, maintaining a high accuracy reputed company.
• Prioritize, organize, and meet tight deadlines for multiple reputed company tasks and team requests; use reputed company and judgment to manage expectations, flag obstacles, and propose solutions in a reputed company manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Exposure to multiple patient medical record systems (EMRs) and clinical databases.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (reputed company, Word, Teams, One Note, and SharePoint).

Education and Experince:

• At least 1 year of reputed company Core Measures and Sepsis abstraction experience (reputed company the last calendar year).

Individual wage rates reputed company this reputed company are based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations.
